^The Maximum Sizes are manufacturing sizes and are in excess of the safe glazing sizes set out in Standards. VFloat may also need to be supplied in toughened, laminated, or toughened laminate form as required by Standards.

Virtually all glass types can be supplied in toughened form, the exceptions being some deeply DécorPatterned glass, wired and glass for leadlighting. All VFloat glass can be toughened, the following performance qualities apply:
